How to cancel SBI Fastag

To cancel your SBI FASTag, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the official SBI FASTag website at https://fastag.onlinesbi.com.
2. Login to your account using your registered mobile number and password.
3. Click on the “Support” tab on the dashboard.
4. Select the “Request for Closure/Cancellation” option.
5. Fill in the required details such as name, FASTag number, and reason for cancellation.
6. Upload any required documents such as vehicle registration certificate (RC) or FASTag issuance letter.
7. Review the information provided and submit the cancellation request.
8. After submitting the cancellation request, the SBI team will get in touch with you to confirm the cancellation.

It is important to note that if your FASTag has a balance, you will need to exhaust the balance amount before submitting the cancellation request. Also, keep in mind that once your FASTag is cancelled, you will not be able to use it for any further toll payments.
